Second Annual Recognition Dinner

This fall we will be hosting our Second Annual Recognition Dinner to honor members from Local 663 who have achieved 25 years in our industry. Last year I started these recognition dinners because I thought it was important to recognize our members and their spouses or guests who have dedicated their lives to our industries and who have helped build this union to what it is today. Last year I had to have two dinners as we had over 900 members that had 25 years or more in our Union. One dinner was held in September and one in October so that we could accommodate all the members and their guests.
This year we will be holding one dinner on Wednesday, September 12, 2012. All our members who have reached 25 years of service in Local 663 between June 28, 2011 and July 1, 2012 will be receiving an invitation in the mail for the member and their guest to attend the dinner. (If you fall into this group and haven’t received your invitation by the time you receive this issue of the Fact Finder, please contact our office at 763-525-1500.)  Also in the invitation will be an RSVP card for you to send back to the Union office letting us know if you and your guest will attend the dinner. It is very important to return this card as this will let us know how many people to expect and how much food to order. We would like you to respond to us by August 31, 2012, which will give us enough time to prepare for the dinner.
